Apps we have built and published

We run three apps of our own on Google Play. Together they cover most of what a business app needs:

  • ResortLog: a hotel management app and PMS with team accounts and role-based access, subscription plans with a free trial, offline work with cloud sync, and settings that follow each property's country.
  • MedEntry: offline-first storage, reminders, photo attachments, CSV and PDF export, biometric app lock, and a one-time Pro purchase through Google Play Billing.
  • Tour Expense Manager: Google Sign-In, Google Drive backup and restore, and expense splitting with settlement.

1. Define the tasks that matter

We start with who will use the app and what they need to get done. Keeping the first version focused gets it into users' hands sooner.

2. Design the screens and journey

We work through the screens and user journey before development, so you can review how the app will work and request changes early.

3. Build in stages

You get test builds to install on your own phone as features are ready. Feedback goes straight into the next build.

4. Publish and support

We prepare the store listing, privacy policy, and Google Play data safety details, then publish the app under your developer account. After launch we handle fixes and updates.

Do you build apps for clients outside India?

Yes. We are based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, and work with clients in India and other countries. Our ResortLog app already adapts its tax types, ID proof options, and payment modes to each property's country.

Can the app work without internet?

It can. MedEntry and Tour Expense Manager store data on the device and back it up to Google Drive when the user chooses. We decide on offline or online storage with you based on how the app will be used.

How much does an app cost?

Cost depends on the number of screens, whether the app needs user accounts or a server, and payment features. Share your idea and we will send a written estimate.

Who owns the app on Google Play?

We publish client apps under the client's own Google Play developer account, so the listing belongs to your business.
